1-2-3 CONCEPT

We work according to the 1-2-3- Concept. Our 1-2-3 Concept is specially designed to make things easy for you! In three steps you choose which basic meat you want, how you want it prepared and flavoured, and finally how you want your products to be packed.

 

How does it work?

Step 1 – Basic products

 

You can choose from:

Step 2 – Choose an innovative production process

- hot packing

- roast (cooked until 78 degrees in the core)

- packaging under protective atmosphere

- sous-vide cooking

- flame grilling

- IQF or chilled

Step 3 – Choose the most suitable forms of packaging for your product

 

You can choose from the following forms of packaging:

- large 3-10 kg boxes

- jumbo boxes (250 kg for the industry)

- sleeve packaging (retail)

- thermoforming package (spareribs and chicken products)

- flowpack

- topseal

- full colour foil packaging
