Boneless assortment
With the newest forming technology BBS is able to form whole muscle meat products like inner filets, cubes, strips and breaded boneless chicken wings. The products are fully cooked and have a calibrated weight.
Traditional chilled meat assortment of Brandenburg
On our stand co-exhibitor Brandenburg Vlees en vleeswaren will present his traditional prepared meat assortment. They present products like: Culinary hams, marinated slices of bacon and braising steaks with gravy

BBS Food obtains IFS and BRC certificates at A-grade level
For the year 2010, our two production facilities in Barneveld obtained both certificates, with an A-grade for BRC and a High level for IFS, after several days of auditing by Lloyd’s.
